Enrolment Information for 2024

We currently have limited places in our three-year-old group for 2024 and limited places in our Wombat Group.
2024 Timetable:
4 Year Old Group – Wombats – Monday and Tuesday 8.30am – 4pm
4 Year Old Group – Kangaroos – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm
3 Year Old Group – Possums – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am – 1.30pm (Please note, in order to offer more places, our three-year-old group runs on a rotational timetable. Children attend 3 out of the 4 sessions each week for a total of 15 hours).
Both three- and four-year-old enrolments are managed through the Nillumbik Shire Council. Applications open on the 1st of February each year. Applications must be submitted no later than 30 June in the year before attendance to be included in the first round offer process. The date of application is not applied during the offer process.

This results in no cost to families to receive 15 hours of kindergarten for four-year-olds or between 5-15 hours for three-year-olds (in line with a service’s funded three-year-old program hours).
If our pre-school conducts an occasional special event (e.g. excursions), then a charge may be made to families to cover the cost of the event (e.g. entry and transport costs).
IMPORTANT – Please note kindergarten funding can only be received for one funded service. Parents whose children are enrolled in more than one service will need to elect which service will receive kindergarten funding.
